Group agreement

Aims of Investigation

•To pick up any paranormal activity and record such activity by means of digital, visual and audio equipment.

•To study any occurrences, both during and after the event, in order to rule out logical and environmental conditions.

•To use recorded and written evidence in order to make a final report of findings for the keeping of the property owners/managers and for publication in the press if agreed by all parties.

•To use recorded evidence and reports on the group web-site.

The group will not:-

•Falsify any recorded or written evidence.

•Claim that a property is haunted. (unusual activity will be recorded as such )

The group will offer property owners:-

•Payment if required for use of the property.

•A full report of the investigation (including audio/visual evidence) as required.

•The opportunity for a report to be submitted to the local press if required.

•The findings to be placed on our web-site (This may not be appropriate with private residences and would naturally be agreed before hand)

•Total confidentiality if requested by the property owner.

We will require:-

•Access to areas of the chosen location (to be agreed between the owner and the group prior to the investigation.

•Basic information regarding the past history of the location, (this only to be given to the groups report writer).

•Access to areas of the property to be investigated prior to the investigation in order the base line tests can be carried out.

Our Guarantees

•No areas other than those agreed, will be entered by any of the group members.

•No artifacts, furniture, art works or other objects will be removed or re-located without prior consent.

•At no time will publicity regarding the event be released without full consultation with the property owner.

•The group will want to post visual/audio/written evidence on the CPI web-site. This will not happen without the owners consent and the content of these will be discussed with the property owner before they are released.

•No persons other than those agreed by the proprietor will be admitted to the property on the night of the investigation.

•No smoking (on the premises) or alcohol allowed, prior to, during or after the investigation.
